1.  Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rodibit’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and related policies.

2.  Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract
• You must not be a resident of any restricted jurisdiction

3.  Scope of Services

Rodibit is a proprietary trading firm. We provide:

• Demo Accounts (practice environment with simulated funds)
• Evaluation Accounts (to assess trading skills under rules)
• Funded Accounts (Rodibit capital provided after successful evaluation)

5.  Profit Sharing

• Traders who pass evaluations may receive access to a funded account.
• Profits generated in funded accounts are shared: 80% to the trader, 20% to Rodibit.
• Profit withdrawals are processed as per program rules.

6.  Fees

Fees apply only to evaluation programs and related services.

All fees are disclosed transparently on our website.

Evaluation fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

7.  User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Use Rodibit services for unlawful activities
